"I am a professional, creative and passionate chef with over 10 years experience in different kind of cuisines such as Japanese, Nikkei and Mediterranean.
Through my experience in A lot of different type of restaurants i have had the chance to learn, in a structured environment. I have gained expertise in fillet fish, clean a meat and prepare food.
With regards to my personality, i am a conscientious person that works hard, paying extreme attention to fine detail and eager to learn from others more experienced in the field."
